Creating Space for Organic Mindfulness

One of the bright spots that has emerged from quarantine has been that the yoga and mindfulness community has been sharing just tons of content, ranging from full classes to shorter mindfulness moments.   Recently Christyn and our favorite mindfulness specialist for kids and Teens, Checka Antifonario, had a conversation and discussed how to create space for the habit of mindfulness to flourish while at home.
