Paula Demeo

Paula earned her 200 Hour YT Certification at Kripalu, is a 300 hour certified YogaKids teacher, and is Reiki I certified. She is a very experienced preschool educator, having worked in the field of early childhood education for over 25 years. Paula is EEC certified to teach preschool in Massachusetts, as well as CPR and First Aid trained. Currently teaching children’s yoga locally to children age 3-12, it has been exciting for Paula to combine two of her favorite things, working with children and yoga. She brings compassion, playful energy, music, games and props, and a love for life to each of her classes. She is hopeful to teach peace and inspire those she meets to go out in to the world, and make a difference in someone's life.
